RETURNS POLICY

While we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, we understand that not every purchase works out the way we want it to. If for any reason you might feel like returning a product, you may start the return process within the 14 days of your order's delivery. Unfortunately exceeding the 14-day period, we would be unable to offer you a refund or exchange of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of your purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund so please allow it some time. Should the refund take more than 15 business days since its approval, do contact us.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
