SHIPPING POLICY


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FEES

KOFT intends to ship internationally, however, we have yet to establish the economies of scale to guarantee that we can ship to your country. Do reach out to us if you would like to make a purchase outside of Singapore and we could discuss possible arrangements for the delivery of your order. We hope you'll allow us some time to review the available carriers for the delivery of your purchase.

If you are unsure about deliveries to your location, do contact us through the available channels and we would try our best to get your purchase to you within a reasonable cost and time.

GUIDELINES FOR SHIPPING WITHIN SINGAPORE

  • Singapore: For orders above $40 SGD - Free / For orders under $40 SGD - $4 SGD
  • Delivery duration: 3 to 7 days

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

KOFT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

KOFT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping/delivery. However, if you received your order damaged, please reach out to us at the "Contact Us" page with all your purchase details and we will attempt to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier or manufacturer. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
